TERMS OF USE

• The cottage, including all verandahs, is non-smoking.

• The cottage is a couples only retreat.

• The cottage is not to be subleased to any other party.

• No more then a maximum of 6 guests to stay at any given time.

PAYMENT POLICY

We request 50% to hold the booking with the balance to be paid three weeks before arrival date.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Please note that due to the nature of our business, we must adhere to the following schedule in the event of a cancellation.

(1) 30 or more days before your scheduled arrival date: A full refund of deposit minus a 10% administration fee will be made.

(2) 8-14 days prior to your arrival date: 50% of the deposit will be refunded. 100% of the deposit will be retained (unless rooms are resold)

(3) 0-7 days before your scheduled arrival date: 100% of the full fee will be required (unless rooms are resold)
